Baggs, Wyoming
After receiving the "Glowing" recommendations of what to shoot in Baggs (other than myself), I did manage to find the wild life in the area. Unfortunately, this is the only one I could get close enough to shoot. The area has a lot of potential, if you have a lot of time and patience. We did travel through the Medicine Bow scenic route. To bad is is still under about 4 ft of snow and the final pass before Baggs is still closed - meaning we had about a 120 mile detour through Steamboat Springs in order to get to Craig for the night. Good news, gas in Baggs was "only" $3.83 and Steamboat was $4.09.... Thanks for the welcome to use your board and the info for my trip. I appreciate it.

Did you explore the Red Desert?

No we didn't get to the Red Desert. Time was short so we dropped from Craig down to Rifle and then Denver and home. Dodging storms all the way. Except in Colorado.
