You type in url and /url in these [] brackets at the beginning and end of the link. Like this:

http://media.panavision.com/ScreeningRoom/Screening_Room/Demystifying_Part1_480p.html

but with lower case url, not capitals:

http://media.panavision.com/ScreeningRoom/Screening_Room/Demystifying_Part1_480p.html

Paul, Basil is absolutely right and if you look for the Text Style Menu, just under the box in which you place comments, you'll find even more options.
