Dragonfly ?
Was out yesterday in the wind there were a lot of these guys around but the wind was bad enough that they would not stay still. I was ridinf a four wheeler down a levee to check a pump, the river is coming back up. I was looking for some thing to shoot. I finally caught this one down in a track and got this. Would like to have a better BG but I did like the wings. 70-300 600mm eq 1/500 f5.6 ISO 100

That's a beautiful dragonfly, Kendall. Great colors. The wings are nice and sharp and a little more DOF would have helped focus on the body as well -- understanding that you had a trade-off with the busy background.

Nice job photographing a very difficult subject under such trying conditions!
