Got some great views of this little chap when sitting in a hide yesterday-The weather was very dull which helped with the feather detail and the reeds made the water dark making the bird stand out

Canon 1D3 500F4+1.4x 1/160@F6.3

I have taken hundreds of pictures of these, but they are so hard to get detail on. A beautiful shot.
