Franconia Notch Sunrise...
Saturday morning before a hike to Kinsman Pond with my High School's Outing club, I got up for sunrise and treked to Sugar Hill. Socked in with fog and sporatic blooms with no scouting had me back in Franconia Notch at sunrise. This is what I came away with. I love the fog and sky, but don't feel like it is a super strong image. Would love to hear thoughts...

Great photograph, Jim. I might have cropped out the water a little more but to me it still works. I may go up to Sugar Hill this Saturday. I've never been. Your photographs are stunning. It would be great to meet you sometime for a coffee or a beer. I live here in Greenland.

I love this! very moody. love the sky and the brightness of the clouds and the reflections. Might be worth cropping a tad bit tighter, a little off the right and bottom, but it has impact as it stands now!
wish I was there! great capture!
