Since I went digital 3 years ago, and I've already scanned every one of my slides worth scanning, it's time for me to part with my Nikon CoolScan V ED Film Scanner.

I'll just throw in a recommendation for this scanner, in case anyone is considering it. Unlike Bret, I'm not ready to part with mine yet. But mine has served me well for the past few years, and scan quality is excellent. For me, it was definitely worth $550.
