I was just informed that Artist Showcase in Denver is having an open house on June 19. Theresa and Brian from Artist Showcase attended our January get-together at Qube. Following is the email I received:
We would like to invite you to our Open House Tour Day!
Mark Thursday, June 19th on your calendars now!
Drop in any time from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. to see us at work! We
will be glad to take you behind the scenes of our Plaque Mounting
division where you will see first hand how we create the newest way
to display artwork and Fine Art Photography. Meet Dave and Jim and
let them take you through the process. Bring an 11 X 14 or smaller
piece of art or photography and we will plaque mount it for you for
free! You will have the opportunity to work with Nancy, Sam and
Teresa to design your photographs and see how the famous "flow" of
Artist Showcase's projects happen.
Please bring your family and friends, and remember that here at
Artist Showcase we aren't seeking just another client, but are
looking to add members to our family!
Artist Showcase is located at 700 W. Mississippi Ave. in Building C,
Unit 2 of the Valley Business Center. Take I-25 to the Santa Fe
Drive Exit. Go South on Santa Fe Drive to Mississippi Avenue. Go
West on Mississippi Avenue to Huron Street. Go South, and we will be
located right by the first parking lot entrance on the East side of
the street. If you have any questions regarding this event, please
give us a call at 303-480-5300.

Ouch. Well, that's not fun. Hope you weren't one of the victims. We accidentally left our garage door open one night a couple years ago. My bike and a bunch of tools were stolen. Now, I'm completely paranoid about it. Fortunately, our garage is a complete mess right now, and any potential burglar is more likely to break his leg tripping over our junk than actually make off with any of our stuff.
I might just go, and if it means anything Mel. I've been burglarized 3 times no matter what I did they always seemed to be able to get in, including smashing a window to pieces to crawl through.... $7,000 dollars worth of Firearms stolen.. Of course now adays I live in a better neighborhood and I have only one gun that I keep locked up when I am not home.
