I just cant 'lean' to this (sorry!) image because of the plants tipping to the right. To make this style of shot you need a very long focal length to blur out the background and foreground more sucessfully, trust me I have done my fair share of this and it can be a total headache, but the lighting is very flattering.
I prefer this one to your previous version but the only thing that would improve it IMHO is a completely diffuse foreground and background.
I very much like the style with the totally isolated blooms and equally like an image with the flower showing it's surroundings, however this one falls in between the two and looks like you've gone for the total isolation but not quite managed it, if you see what I mean.

The OOF foreground certainly makes an interesting image. Can't quite make my mind up though. Flower detail smashing.
