Cascade Through Boulders
Boise Creek Falls yesterday. I had some blown highlights in here. Would especially like to know if what I did with them passes for "natural" looking...

How beautiful it was there with good flow and lots of wildflowers blooming. More shamrocks than in the Hoh!! And that's sayin' something!

Thanks for your thoughts.

nothing beats a small cascade like this for a NW abstract. I'm planning to get up there on one of my vacations over the next few months. I might shoot you an email for some suggestions on where to go...

Great Ned! Fire away when ready; I am sure I can think of something for you. So can Rick Lamb. He probably knows more spots than I do. Be fun to see you, if you'd like to. :wavey:

A sweet intimate scene Catherine! The water sprays are nice. (You might try a tad more contrast on the rocks to see if it makes them pop a bit more.)

Very nice, intimate scene, Catherine. The ULC does feel hot still. I can imagine that it was much more noticeable before your efforts. I think you toned down the highlights well, but there are some tell-tale signs of masking; more noticeable to photographers than anyone else.
