G9 test with my daughter Sara
Here is the photo again I posted this morning. Thanks Jesse and anyone else who might have commented. She is one of the loves of my life, and I enjoy taking portraits of her and her sister. This is with my new G9 which I really like so far. The highlights I know are a little blown out - I added some selective blur to give it a soft appearance.

Thanks.

Ned,

Good evening. I just got the same camera 2 days ago & have had a little time to test it. Seems like great pictures but I went through the battery real quick as compared to my XTi, but that might be from the live screen.

Good luck & great picture of your daughter.

Glad you reposted Ned, she's a cutie! I have two daughters as well, and I feel the same about mine. It's been wonderful to watch them grow into young women.

That G9 sounds like a great camera, and I like the processing you've done here.

This little cutie is related to YOU, Ned? How did that happen? She's so cute! This a great shot! How old is she?

Don't know what a G9 is but she sure is cute. I like the blur...

Thanks for the replies and HI from Bandon... The oysters are delightful! She is 7 this month... I wish she were my biological daughter, but she isn't - she is one of Nicole's daughters... I claim her though!
