Hi all,
Spent an hour and a half this evening in light that was bad to start with and getting worse by the minute, all for a 5 second peep out of the hole!
D300
Sigma 50-500mm at f/8
ISO 400
1/80th sec.
Capture NX and CS2 for a small crop and resize.
Thanks for looking.

Might be worth cropping a little off the bottom, just enough to lose the bit bottom left which competes with the owl slightly.

Hi Ian, I see there back. I like it, though I might consider cropping a bit more of the tree out.
