July San Juans Trip

I am planning a July trip to the San Juans. I will be leaving around noon on the 25th and returning the 30th. I plan to hit American Basin, Ice Lake, Yankee Boy and probably a back pack to Blue Lakes. Anyone care to join me to save on gas?

Derek, good idea of car/jeep pooling to conserve gas. :toast:

I'd take you up on the offer, but after the San Juans, I've got to meet Grant for the Dinosaur float trip.

Hope to run into you on the trail. :wavey:

I also hope to hit american basin and maybe yankee. I have too many art shows to do it on a weekend. I may go after you but for sure will try to do it before. I am hoping to do american basin b/w July 11 and 16. It will probably be too early this year - do you think?

I plan to be leaving the San Juans at that time. Maybe our paths will cross. :)

Tim it may be a bit early this year because the snow pack seems to be hanging around a bit longer this year.
