I spent a couple hours in Earthship (NM) 2 weeks ago. It was interesting.... at some point, I felt like I was in a Teletubby land..

Was this one of the earthships west of Taos?

I've got several books on Earthships. Interesting Concept. You should see Dennis Weaver's Earthship in Ridgway Colorado--incredible!
Thought about building one but then I heard that the architect who "invented" them lost his license. This was several years ago--don't know if he got it back or if any more Earthships are being built.
I wonder if this is what's meant by "Go pound sand!" ???
- Yes, this is the earthships west of Taos, only about 2 miles from the big bridge.
- and there are a lot of earthship houses in that area... they are building a lot more, each house is unique, some have 2 stories.... They are building these houses for sell. The cheapest one that I saw was $299,000... not as cheap as you thought, huh?
