Hi can anyone recommend a good cost effect photobank device.
I have been looking at the JOBO, and Digibank devices.

They are names i have never heard of, i normally like to buy stuff with a good brand name. but i cannot see anyone other than epson which has a similar device, but the epson one is quite expensive.

Although not exactly a household name, JOBO has been around for a while. You could also look at Hyperdrive - I've a couple of of their original HD80 units and they've worked well - I'd guess their newer ones will be just as good.

sounds good, where did you guys purchase them from ??

Imported direct from Hyperdrive - just order through their website and sit back and wait for it to arrive. You can either buy it with a hard drive included, or buy the case only and then buy/insert your own 2.5" drive if you want.

The import duties aren't onerous - if indeed HMRCE or the delivery agent bother with the paperwork .
