Finding Mat Board Corners

This seems ridiculous but I'm trying to set up to do my own matting and framing but trying to purchase Crescents corner sets is making me crazy. Crescent says to contact its distributors and all the distributors I've contacted either tell me to contact Crescent or they tell me Crescent won't sell the sets to them either!!
How is a person supposed to design a mat if samples can't be purchased?

It seems that Crescent only wants folks with a storefront to have their mat samples. Bainbridge (http://www.nielsen-bainbridge.com/) is a very different story. They send out their samples at no cost.

I managed to get Crescent samples a few years back but haven't seen them available anywhere for quite a while. I'm doing more with the Bainbridge every time I order mats.
