Camera Model: NIKON D300
Focal Length: 300.0mm
Aperture: f/8.0
Exposure: Manual
Exposure Time: 0.033 s (1/30)
ISO Equiv.: 500
Tripod and cable release

A bit of an experiment for me it was taken with 300mm 2.8 with 1.4 TC and 27.5mm & 14mm extension tubes. I have noticed a few on here using a longer lens with tubes so thought I would give it a go

As usual and help advice welcome

Very fine detail, perfect comp.
The unsharp bright twig is the only nit I have.
Not worth to talk about.

A very nice sharp and detailed portrait. The light coloured blade of grass behind the damselfly distracts the eye away from the subject slightly, perhaps you could have carefully eased it out of the way, although depending on how active the damselflies were this may or may not have ended the oppurtunity.
