Bempton Cliffs
Hi
Had the pleasure of spending time with Rob from the NPN this afternoon. The weather was changable to say the least. When I left home the sun was shining, so shorts, shirt and sandels where the order of the day....WRONG. By the time I met Rob it had started to rain, and rain it did, completley soaked, even managed to slip on my backside! However had a good few hours between the showers.

Nikon D200
Apature Priority. f10
Shutter speed 1/200
ISO 400
Focal length 500mm
RAW
Tripod Gitzo

C & C welcomed as I am still very new to the world of photography and all advice welcomed.

looks pretty good to me Dave. Perhaps a touch tight in the frame but certainly an attractive bird.

Stunning detail and superb colour. One advantage when the weather turns dull is that it makes exposing for seabirds easier.

Hi Dave,

It was good to meet up Sunday. Very good shot and I particulary like the pose of the bird. Colours look good. Nice shot
