Monthly Theme- No Artistic Filters...No artistic filters can be used in Photoshop or any artistic plugins. You can use all the normal filters in photoshop, just not the artistic ones. You can do multiple exposures, orton techniques, color manipulation, anything goes. Give your image a great title and a brief synopsis of how you achieved your results. Type "Monthly Theme" next to the title if it is a monthly theme image. Happy creating.
