..........if you would be so kind folks

Some you'll have seen and some you won't but I'm trying to lift the bar a bit on my own work.

Gallery is at http://wildlifeinpixels.com/odon2.html

All the images are saved at 100% quality settings so the page might be a slow download if you are not on broadband.

Thanks folks :toast: :toast: :toast: :toast:

Hi Andy, mate it looks fantastic, all of the images are obviously of a very high standard with some breath-taking images amongst them! I love this sort of page view and it's a look I'd like to have incorperated into my own when I can afford someone to build me a custom site. All your images loaded quickly (I'm on my work broadband) and looked great even on my crappy work monitor. I would confidently say that your 'bar' has been raised more than a 'bit'.

Andy, there are some superb images there. What gives them the edge, in my opinion, is the fact that they all tend to have nice soft lighting and all are carefully composed. You've set the bar very high.

Nah they are all rubbish.... bin the lot.

Seriously there is some superb work there Andy... you have been having a lot more luck than I have, I think the winds have blown all our D/Bflies over the estuary to Essex.....

Matt sums it up, all with great light and equally good composition.

Andy
I certainly had a problem ! I am on dial up at 44bbs The trouble is, it loads all the thumbnails and then starts going through on the big stuff. I clicked on one about half way down, and after over two minutes I got it. It seemed to load all the previous ones to that first which doesn't help on a slow connection.
Worth it when I got there though.
Cheers

Andy,

I was a little disappointed with your shots  one in MHO had the end of the tail missing  . I thought apart from the one already mentioned they are amazing . Well done

A superb set of shots Andy. As others have said, the lighting and composition are outstanding. Now you have raised the bar I suggest you go and sit at it and get yourself a well deserved beer :toast:

I was going out tonight with the macro gear with dragons in mind. However, Sig 150 now on ebay and I'll just go to the pub instead ..

Hi Andy

Very high quality images, really impressive. The overall consistency in quality is, as others have said, outstanding.

A slight issue for me is the final image - sorry! Although it is good, the other images outshine it because it isn't as strong compositionally. Substitute this for another image and you have yourself a top-class set of pictures. I'm really not envious at all . . . no, honestly.

Cheers, Chris.

Just to echo all the other comments you've got an outstanding set of images there Andy. Really like a couple I haven't seen on here, especially the "X-wing" shot
