I also had a go at the Finnish/Russian bears a couple of weeks ago.

Its a lovely shot but, if it wasn't for the blurred leaves in front of the Bears face this would be a really great image!

I agree with Nigel about the couple of leaves in front of the face and I think I would remove that bit of green top right and the intrusive branch bottom left. Other than that it would be a tremendous capture. Did he/she come any further forward to let you get a shot without those intrusive leaves? If it did I'd bet it would be a cracker.
