I warned you not to.....
point that camera at me.

No new images recently, so this is the last of my coot series from a few months back. I framed this quite tightly for impact. What do you think?

1D2n, 600mm f4 is x1.4TC, 1/1300s, f6.4, iso 400.

Nice picture. After my first look I would say you need a little more crop from de right. But looking agian carefully I think I is oke as it is because of the water.
I hope you did survive the attack.

Brilliant Ian - my kinda coot shoot :toast: :toast:

Super low PoV, great water surface, great BG, superb action capture - superb shot matey, like it a lot :wavey:

The wing is a bit tight but seeing as it's OoF it doesn't bother me personally.

Hi Ian

This really is a classic for me but I do feel it's a tad tight certainly on the right. It's so good I'd be tempted to clone in an OOF border top and right.

a very strong image with lots of impact. I agree about the right hand wing being a bit close to the edge, but excellent otherwise.

I think it's great, the best coot shot I've seen for ages.

One of the best coot images I have seen. I always try for something like this when I am sitting around at lakes. Have never come close to this! :toast:

Hi Ian,

Now that's what I call a dramatic shot! Beautiful image well timed! I agree it is a wee bit tight on the right of the frame though (A minor nit!).

Bags of impact Ian, points covered but overall a great shot
