Mt. Evans Sunset
Sunset from Mount Evans summit last night........

It was 39 degrees on top and breezy. All of the clouds from earlier in the evening had cleared out to the east. There's a lot of haze around, so any long distance vistas towards Long's or South Park are currently impossible. It has to be the CA smoke. Although I consider Evans to be more of a sunrise place, having a summit to yourself is always a treat.

Great shot, definitely better than anything I got on my mid-day visit.

This looks great, Dave. Too bad all the clouds went away, but you still got something really nice.

Awesome! Nice job on the blend too, if you did one. I noticed the haze yesterday evening too... I'm so sick of it... seems like it's hazy more often than not these days, for whatever reason. You can't escape it either.
