A friend of mine is looking for some manual focus Nikon glass. Below is the email he sent to a few of us at work. I suggested he post a message in the NPN classifides, but I am hoping he can find something closer to home.

Please email me if you can help him out.

I’m on the hunt for manual-focus Nikon lenses. Specifically I’d like a 28mm wide-angle f/2 AI or AIS. If you know anyone that has old manual-focus lenses hanging about they would be interested in parting with, let me know. There are an abundance of 28mm f/2.8 lenses available. But I need a faster lens – and I’m too cheap to buy the incredibly overpriced f/1.4.

There is a member on NWPhotographers.net who goes by Seymore and he is a MF Nikon nut. Have your friend register on NWP forums and he can then send a PM or email to seymore
