Hi all,

Weather in my part of the world has been fairly poor of late. Managed to get the coast for an hour or two at the weekend. Light was poor. This was the only shot from the day of any use. BTW the AI servo on the 1Ds II is outstandingly fast and precise. Better than the newer 40D.

1Ds II, 300mm f4 IS (seems to be good combo for flight shots

Nicely placed in the frame Michael and looks sharp, just don't think the light has done you any favours. Know how frustrating it can be - its been like this every time I've been able to think about getting out for weeks - well until Sunday anyway! :smile:

Very nice, I really like the comp. Yep your right my 1Ds II and 300/2.8 is like lightning :smile:

Nicely captured, had a couple nesting near ne recently, must get out and try some flight shots..! Thanks for sharing.
