I finally got a chance to process this photo (work has been brutal), so I thought I'd share it.

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. There are no signs that humans have ever visited this area. There are no maps, directions, trails, or even roads anywhere close by. We simply spent a great amount of time combing the desert of northwest New Mexico on numerous occasions. These trips have been extremely rewarding, as we found natural features that are very unique and beautiful. We named this one Hoodoo City, as there are hundreds of hoodoos within 1/2 square mile. Standing here at sunset was one of the most emotional moments I can remember. I hope the photo conveys some of that.

Hey Momo , that's a very cool place! I have been thinking of a trip down that way so this gives me some ideas. I love those little hoodoos and the alien look of the place! What else is in that neighborhood?

wow, what a cool place! what fine image. Maybe a crop off the top, just a bit, to move the horizon from center just a little more?

simply beautiful...

That is really cool! A little reminder of Goblin Valley, but much nicer without the people, I would guess. Great lighting and a very nice photo.

Momo, I like the mood of this a lot. Nice light, very interesting subject...

I agree with George that cropping a bit off the top might add more impact.

Nicely done!
