I posted a similar photograph that didn't compress well. Thanks for the helpful advice. Hopefully, this is an improvement.

I think this looks pretty good, Richard. The darker area at the top keeps my eye focused on the blossoms.. it even works for me with a crop from the right that eliminates the unopened flower there.

Ditto what Ned wrote. The unopened flower has a "wilted flower" look to it.
