Moonrise on Beaver Lake
I've been trying to find a great spot to photograph Beaver Lake but have not been too happy with the results.

I ran across this spot by accident one evening but had forgotten the camera on the boat. I returned last week and here is the result.

Very pleasant scene, Ed. Are the two areas of water in the image connected? They look like they are - flooded, maybe?

Very nice shot Ed. I really like the layering look of the hills in the distance, the moon and sky look great. I think you may have a few cropping options with this, from the bottom and the tree in the upper right corner. The main subject area looks really good. Nicely composed and well done.

Very nice scene Ed, the moon and the colors in the sky really top this one off.

Nice shot Ed. I love the overall purple and blue hues, and the high vantage point. Thanks for sharing.
