Nicely caught action with both birds in good positions. Perhaps try a horizontal crop through the centre of the image as I feel the space at top and bottom of the frame doesn't really give anything extra to the picture. Shame about the nesting bird.

Those were exactly my thoughts on the cropping - it would give added emphasis to the nice action you've caught. They're kittiwakes by the way.

Agree too, but the scene has lots of interest

I thought of a different crop, but the birds them selves ( kittiwakes huh? shows what I know heheh) any way the birds were sort of falling down as the tussled and I followed the crop that way if that makes sense.

I see your point Paul but I often feel that, to the eye, a still image doesn't always translate well from a moving image. In this case it doesn't help that we have to (or at least I have to) scroll the portrait format images to see all of it. Anyway, it's all about personal taste and what suits one doesn't always suit another so if your happy with it as is then that's as much as you can want.
All the best
