Little Owl + REPOST
Canon EOS 1Ds MKII, 600/4 IS, 1.4x conv, f7.1, 1/125, ISO 320, RAW, RSE, CS2, bean bag on car window ledge, crop for better comp.

Hi All,

I was watching this LO whilst a Barn Owl I actually went to get was hunting at the other end of the field. The Sun had just risen over the tall hedge and lit this LO really nicely. The BO did not come close enough for decent images but gave excellent views through the bino's. After this was when I went for the Houswe Martins

All comments welcome

Regards

Rob,

A typical pose from this Little Owl (don't you just love that stern look) however it just aint in focus.... sorry.....

All the best

'Fraid I've got to agree with Phil! :frown:
Bird is a tad soft and the leaf on the extreme left is sharper! The pose is classic though.

Hi Guys,

I cropped in way to tight meaning the image looks soft, Don't know why I did it because I actually prefer this repost. Thanks for the comments.
