Out roaming Washington County last week here in East Tennessee and came across a scene more familar to those out west. The night before I was out shooting deer in low light levels and had left my ISO at 400. Oh well, lesson learned...
I like the richness of the color. I also like that the clouds actually repeat the tree shapes and funnel attention to the trees. Well done.

Double what Mike said.
Harold, what do you think is bad in there bacause your iso was 400. OK, you probably would have set it to 100, but I dont think it cost you any dof here at all. Certainly no noise.

I like the shot Harold. I'm sure Noise Ninja could help with this image. profile on a couple of the blues and that one mostly white cloud, and then adjust the filters accordingly. Have you tried that?

Scott, you see noise in the sky and clouds?
I don't see any on my calibrated monitor. Strange.

Lance, it's not that I see any noise problems per se at this res, just that Harold mentioned he was concerned about the ISO. However, I think the image may be a bit softer than what might result from a pass through NN with some sharpening applied at the same time. (My monitor is also calibrated, but I'm not sure that has more to do with the color rendering than any noise or artifacting. Don't you wish everyone's monitor was calibrated?! I think that is less of a problem on NPN than on other photo sharing sites.)

Here is a version with NN applied, including sharpening, and then an additional lum CS3 USM adjustment layer. There is a bit of a halo at the top of the tree, but I did not spend more than 1 minute on it and did not try to resolve the halo.
