Here's another splishy splashy shot that I wasn't going to post , but after your response to the last one I thought i'd better share it with you , shame I didn't nail it , but the experience more than made up for that , a bouncing Stoat is a very difficult subject to stay locked on to , the AF just can't keep up
This is the last Stoat image i'll be posting for a while , I promise , I have the next 2 weeks off work ( yippee ) and i'll be concentrating on the more elusive Weasel's.
The image has been seriously hammered in PS as I buggered up the exposure , so only for critique if needs must , thanks for looking.
I love these images Andrew, stunning stuff, the intense expression and the water drops are fantastic.

You're being very hard on yourself, Andy. This is a cracking image of a very very difficult subject and one that almost anyone would be extremely proud of. I for one am very envious of this amazing oppurtunity. Well done indeed.

Andy I've just worked it out, you've got a pet Stoat and you've trained him
Just joking, I've just looked though your series of Stoat shots and you have some fantactic images.
Wonderful to see, very envious.

These last two stoat shots are amazing. Seriously good wildlife photography IMO.

Hi Andrew "...didn't nail it" What do you call nailing it then!? Its been a great series and you should be damn proud of what you have achieved. You've got real variety and behaviour here. This is my favourite of them all. Blur with action is absolutely fine and this case adds to the image. The pose and mid-air action is brilliant. Better exposure this time too. I'm sure most of us here would give a limb for shots like these.
