I liked the white flowers against the greenery in this scene and imagined it would look pretty much like this when I was standing in the field. I processed this completely in Lightroom 2.0 - which is really a lot of fun to play around with (it's always inspiring to try new things).
Tim, although I admire your attempt, I must admit that I am appalled at your photographing such disgusting plants as Japanese honeysuckle, Lonicera japonica (upper right hand corner) and hedge parsley, Torilis arvensis, let alone that grass that I will not mention. Please, get back to the natives.
Looks pretty good to me Tim - great job with the conversion. The honeysuckle has a nice graceful shape, and the white flowers keep me moving around the frame. Having such rudimentary skills at identifying plants does have its rewards I guess...I doubt I could have correctly IDed a single plant!

I like it Tim. Those little white flower clusters seem to be dancing all around the scene. Cool.

Don: uh... I was just documenting the encroachment of invading species... Yeah - that's it...

Whew, Tim, you had me worried!
>Yeah - that's it...
Is that a take on Jon Lovitz? I don't see enough of that actor/comedian.

Yep - John Lovitz. I have all kinds of useless stuff floating around my head.

Well that's to be expected ... you're an IT wizard! For what it's worth, I like it for it's astetic qualities and the sharpness. The conversion ain't bad either!
