Wren
This is one of the last shots i took at my winter/spring hide in Epping Forest (I was really after a pair on long-tailed tits which were feeding in the area), this chap decided he wanted show himself without being obscured for a change! A couple of branches were removed lower left and a little bit of fill in added in RAW.

That's a very different variation on the "bird on a stick" theme - I like it! My only criticism is that LR fill in has been quite excessive, creating a lot of noise on the wren. May be spot metering on the wen would have given a more appropriate exposure (or bracketing)? Still a top picture though  .

I like the composition with the crossed sticks but its just a bit too pale throughout
