Common Darter

Canon 5D, 180mm, F16, 1/60 -1/3, ISO 100, Tripod, Cable release.

very nice Guy, the dewdrops, perch and background are very attractive. Perhaps the highlight on the eye could be darkened slightly? Also, I wonder whether it would look better with a bit less space on the left?

I've not yet photographed any Common Darters this year, there don't seem to be as many about as in previous years.

Very nice shot, the colours of the subject, perch and background compliment each other nicely. At first I wasn't too sure about the angle, with the half obscured head, but it seems to work well.

I really like this! The background is great, so is the perch, and I like the position and pose of the dragonfly. I think it's a little different from the norm, so really stands out for me!

You've got the plane of focus perfectly on the eye / midsection of the wing on the right. Like how this draws my view in to this shot

Nice one... like the viewpoint... just wondering what it would look like with slightly less contrast.... like Matt our numbers here in the s.e. are very low, soI sitting here going green with envy...

Nice shot, sharp where it needs to be with good composition, i would have liked to have seen more of the head.
