Hey there everyone! Grumpy Bear here.

No I havn't been hibernating, I've been working my tail off. I've managed to do a lot of photography over the past few months, just not the stuff I want to shoot. Anyway, I just wound up my contract with the Army and have begun the transition from being a Still Photojournalist to becoming a TV News Photographer in Video. I'll be in the editing booth the most and producing news at 5pm daily for KKTV Channel 11.

In fact I've already started.. Anyway, I still hope to have the time to match the desire to be here and out in the field looking for the perfect scene of the moment to photograph and post.

Other news, I went by the way of SmugMug to host and Print my images. Their online process was great and I've already begun making sales from the site. In fact better than I had when I used my own Shopping Cart system.

Also finished Three Coffee table books and have them coming available on Amazon.

I was a news photographer for a while but got soooo much shit from all the idiots in this world, even got threats to my well being from people that I gave it up. congrats on the work you have done and thank god that the requests don't include drunk psychos in Denver like I have had

Thanks!

Yes SmugMug I feel has helped a lot in streamlining operations of my website while allowing me to maintain the look and feel of my main site, it handles all the credit card payment operations and gives me a great deal more options to offer clients in prints and licensing of images as stock in my own stock library.

I figure if Marc Meunch can use it, so can I. Besides Their costs are low enough for me that I can lower my prices and still make a tidy profit with a heck of a lot less work on my part.
