I know a lot of you guys went to Smith Creek on your Spring gathering. Coming back from lunch I caught part of a story about Smith Creek on NPR. It described it as the headwaters of the Buffalo River. The female reporter went with some people from the Nature Conservancy and they crawled on their belly through a cave on the creek. The story also described some of the geological attributes of the area but didn't really describe the beauty of it. Anyone else hear it?

I didn't hear it on the radio today but you can hear it here:

Yup, that was an Ozarks At Large story from the Fayetteville station a couple of months ago. Must have been a really slow new day for them to put it on the big channel...
