I have just had a few days in Wales near to a town called Machynlleth, very nice part of the world. There was a Nature reserve near by called Ynys-hir, at which I spent a fair bit of time, although the weather was very GREY!!! there were a few breaks every now and then, and I did after much looking find an Dragon.I have also a few images of one reason where all the Dragons have gone,as I found a Stonechat munching away on a Common Darter, and I will post this next time................. :

Hi Stewart,

Nice composition and DoF, giving back to front sharpness. I like it's chosen perch as well. May be worth trying to clone out the white thing in the BG to the left of frame.

Regards

Nice shot Stewart, like the comp, overall image does look a tad green though, agree with Rob re the white thing.

I agree with the above comments but I definitely like the mossy perch. The soft lighting is nice too.

Like the moss too, makes a change and is more in keeping with darters as far as I know (that they like to set down on land)
