I'm already having dreams of autumn, George. If I could sit on that rock ledge and freeze time for a while, I'd be a happy man.

Great shot, I love that rock! I think I like it even more with a slightly tighter crop on top. Any more from that trip?

Very nice image, making us all envious and dreaming of Autumn!.

Where's Lime Creek? This is beautiful, George.

Spectacular, indeed. What a great, crisp, autumn feel; I can almost smell fall in this shot. Great work on the comp, too. The rock is very dominant - more so than I'd typically expect to be successful - but it does such a good job of putting the viewer in the scene that it justifies that amount of real estate.

The fun begins in about 6 weeks!!

Clean, crisp, beautiful image. I like the foreground rock and the way the trees go in a wave across the image. :toast:

Beautiful shot, George! Can't beat the depth of field 4x5 gives you! I wish the 35mm manufacturers would come up with a tilt-shift lens that would work more easily than the current crop, especially in determining just what exactly is in focus.
