I've been considering a 44" printer. I've found with current Canon incentives, the 8100 can be purchased for ~$3400 delivered. Considering it comes with almost $2K ink, this is an great deal.
This is the new-style 12 ink printer. From talking to people, this is a reliable printer that does not have the epson clogging issues.
Be aware that this thing is the size of a small car. 300 lbs. It takes up a lot of desktop :)
