Ok, how does it work?

Hey Bruce, You have obviously been fishing with me!!!!! I like the "Art Form" of the shot. With better lighting it would be a great humor print.

I don't think this qualifies as art - needs a floating turd in order to make it work! But with the right caption this would make a great poster - they could sell a million at Bass Pro...

Boy, it makes you wonder if the fish would do something this many times if it didn't work after the first few trys! "Gone wishin' ... instead of just a fish'n".

Nice "catch" Bruce, and certainly humorous.

You know - I can see that the first person could get hung up on this, and maybe a couple after that but surely the next 20 or so people noticed that something was up!

Ok as Paul Harvey would say "The rest of the story" is that this is over a local pond owned by the Missouri Department of Conservation. They stock it heavily with fish and then use it for aquatic education. Translation: busloads of 3rd & 4th graders who have never cast a fishing rod in their life are trying to figure out how to fling a hook and line towards a fish. I've only seen the aftermath,never the actual event, but from a safe distance it would probably be quite entertaining.
