Dirty Window( oh- and a moth.)
Brimstone Moth
Tyring to keep the "bit different" theme going . This is on my office window (I like them dirty - it keeps the sunlight out )
Taken from inside with sun coming in on the angle and dark trees in the background.
I actually used the 150 !!! :toast: :toast: :toast: :toast:
As I say - a bit different I thought..
D200 Sigma 150 tripod , cable release. 80th @ f11
400 ISO
Cheers

time to get the Windolene out I think John  I like this shot, the light coming through the yellow wings is very attractive as is the dark green background.

Hi John,

I thought you couldn't get the hang of the 150mm  looks like your doing alright to me
The lighting is very nice and I don't think the image would have worked so well if your window had been clean  good work JR

Andy...

Hi John,

This is a cracking shot! Congratulations on using a tripod! See much easier! The dirty window gives this a different slant, nice one!

That's a different slant on the subject. Nicely done and it works well.
