is the one that requires no tending.
I've been playing with this shot for a while. I'd like to hear what you think. Jpeg compression has crushed the detail, but it is all there in the full size image.

I like it! This is a gorgeous shot. Makes me wish I'd shot at least one flower this July! I think I'd darken it up, as it looks really light on my monitor.

It does look a little bit light, and a bit cyan, but what a killer shot!
Yeah, excellent intimate portrait! I do find the snow patches and spot of green in the upper right mildly distracting, but it's a minor nit. Good eye on this.

Makes me really want to get up to Blue Lakes next year. Nice patch of flowers and I like the comp. This one appears a little light on my monitor too though.

Thanks. That gives me a few more ideas. I have to work over the weekend, but I'll try to incorporate these and come back with another take.
Incorporating that idea about the brightness and the cyan tint, here is another I've been working on.

I agree about the lightness and cyan tint on the first image, but it's an awesome scene!. 2nd post looks spot on to me with colour/lightness etc - I really like the diagonal element to the composition of the 2nd post!.

I like the comp on the first one, a little PP tweaks would help as others have stated. The second one leaves me wanting more, it feels too narrow to me.

I like the comp with the water in the background. Also looks a little light.

I like both; as others have said, at a little tweaking on the first wouldn't hurt.

First appears very bright, second has cool triangular layers. Nice work.

Cool comp in the first... as others have said I'd like to see it toned down to bring out those colors.
