Aperture: f/11
Focal Length: 10 mm
ISO Speed: 100

Filter used: ND3

The water must have been still as glass to not have mast movements, or is it two pictures?

Great effect with the cloud motion and the still boats. You might even crop a bit more off the top and enhance the pano effect with the sweeping clouds.
