Ned and other Dahlia Dudes
Took wife out to Linda's Dahlias, about 2.5 Miles up Washougal river road on the right. Not a really large field but at least 100 verieties in open rows. Linda says fine for photogs to stop by early mornings. dirt road leads 100 yards right to field from wash river rd. located in river vally so Sun will be late coming up and wind should be still. Took 40some hand held, noon sun quickies today to show some of the types of flowers. See at: http://gottheshot.smugmug.com/gallery/5719374_Dpc9V/1/352984487_yKx5x
Think I will go out tomorrow morning around 7:00 AM. Any of you Vanc. guys want to come out?

Hey Jerry, thanks for the other option. I've been going out before the sun rises. I wonder if she would mind if we were out that early? Say around 6ish.

Ned, I don't think that would be a problem. If you are for sure going at that time tomorrow, let me know and I will get up and be there. Sunrise is at 6:13 and it is in a valley. Can meet you at the 76 station just over the railroad tracks at the 15th St exit to Washougal from Hwy 14.
