CottonWood Pass
I had originally planned on staying the night at Green Mountain Reservoir, but the place reminded me too much of the Woodstock Concert, and all the other camping in the area outside of packpacking in many miles which I am not in shape to do..........YET, were closed, I ended up at CottonWood Pass west of Buena Vista, I didn't find camp until it got dark so I was setting up my tent when it was dark out.....gee that was fun........

Anyways I did come back with a couple of photos that I hope are good enough.

You can see the scar placed on the landscape by the road

I know this isn't the best lighting, I got up too late (poor ole me must have been really tuckered out from all that driving around the day before, but I like it because it shows the scale of the 3 Apostles well. Ice Mountain I believe is the dominant peak in the photo and is also the highest of the grouping

Love that first image! Gorgeous lighting.

Paul, I like the first image, the lighting is very good. Been to this spot quite a few times. I always thought a sunset reflection in the water there would make a great image.

Love the light in that first one. The last one is nice but could use some serious brightening of the levels.
