Thanks for the comments guys. I am always hesitant about messing with the color on an image because I am color blind and worry about making it too garish. Hope this one works better.

I'm color blind too, so I can't be much help on this one.
Something that could help you with this is getting a camera calibration profile that you load to the CS3 raw processor as a preset. A friend did it for me, so I unfortunately can't give you a web url for pursuing it.
I'm sure someone in here will know a web site that offers this.
