Water and Rock
From a tiny alpine stream at 9000 feet in the Wallowas earlier this summer. The reflected light is coming off snowpack just to the right of this frame. Thanks for commenting.

Pleasant to the eye with nice light and shadows with the cool rock formation in contrast to the flowing water. Nice lines.

The image is kind of abstracty and different for you. This does work and I really like it. Nice work!

This is different from the ones you normally post and I have to say that I really like it, Marc. The colors really work for me and the lit up sprays are a real plus.

Yeah, that's usually about the extent of the commentary I get when I post an abstract or something. I guess people just really get into my 'usual' big and bold look. I really appreciate you having a look, Georg.

Marc,

You have added a great nature/abstract theme to your repertoire. This is a great image and I look forward to seeing more!

It's always there. The abstract and intimate fascinate me at least as much as the grand and spectacular. Many of my favorites are abstracts. I have dozens of such images in my portfolio. If find these scenes emmensely challenging but equally rewarding. Here's more:
