Another Water Vole
Heres another image taken yesterday, I find it very strange that I love watching Water Voles, but would "run a mile" from a Rat!

Nikon D200
Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8 vr
Hand Held
No Flash
Aperture Priority
Focal length 200mm
ISO 100
Exposure 1/320 sec @200mm
Matrix metering
Single focus
Dynamic focus

Another lovely image.

Atouch more USM wouldn't hurt IMO.

Very nice image. Love the way he's holding onto the plant stem. I'd agree with Alan that the image could benefit from a little more sharpening, especially around the voles eyes. :toast:

Lovely shot.
He/she looks like he/she is telling you to move away, "I'm having diner so do not disturb me."

Very nice picture I have to go with the general opinion that it needs a touch more USM though.

Obviously a very relaxed Vole. You dont say the aperture used, I think that perhaps the eyes are just behind the DOF. A tad of selective sharpening should do the trick.
