Really love the way the bird is complimented so well by the green and yellow backdrop.
Nice pose and composition also.

Hi Keith,
Lovely picture. I made a look-a-like picture of a blackbird in my case.
I think the yellow spots in the BG are a little disturbing but not much.

Nice capture Keith, though I'd like to see it proportionally cropped with more space on the right.

Great shot, the bird certainly has been busy.

Great looking bird, great background. I would crop the shot oblong to have the bird looking into the image.

Nice image and cracking setting - looks a tad dark to me though. I agree on the l'scape crop/comp comments too, but do like the shot.

Nice mouth full shot Kieth, and I agree there are other ways you could crop this.
Even a vertical.
It looks a little "dark/dismal " on my screen,as though it could do with a bot of "oomph "
Try some Lightness /Contrast in your PSP

very nice shot of hard to come by bird, the mouthful and background are just that little bit more, like has been siad above however lacking in contrast and a little dark

a very nice shot, I really like the colours and the background. I tend to agree about the crop and the slight lack of 'oomph' Both easily sorted though.

Nice - That's a really good beakfull of bugs there!
I really must try and find some of these Wags next year, I always seem to end up shooting Pied Wags . BTW, is that Globe Flower or Marsh Marigold in the background by any chance?

Thanks Nick.
I think the flowers in the bg where buttercups but there where globe flowers growing there.
