Hi Major,
This really jumps out of the screen at you, colours are excellent and it is Razor sharp. Have you been over the border for the Landguard bird or is there one on the North Norfolk coast?
Maybe worth cloning out the ( piece of white carrier bag?) on the left.
Nice shot
Regards
Rob

Superb combination of colours and the head turn really makes the intimate moment. Might be worth removing the white 'thing' bottom left?

Bird of this variety doesn't do much to me normally, but I do like the tone of this one and the eye contact. Well done.

Hi Major
You know my views on LowPOV stuff and it's a shame there isn't more of the lower part of the bird in this picture.
Top bit superb

Excellent shot Major, the low POV shows perfectly how the bird was using a dip in the ground to shelter from the wind, and the shallow DOF accentuates the viewers attention on the bird.
The bit of plastic bag needs some tickling with a clone brush though.

Now there was me thinking this was a feather Nigel.
John are you saying you shouldnt take pictures of a bird sat down or did you not realise that?
Rob yes did venture South to Languard and it was well worth the trip and the meet up with Nigel. Brilliant few hours spent with this bird .

Very, very nice indeed. Love the head turn and the eye-level viewpoint.
